You heard right, I finished my Cedar Leaves Shawlette! Woohoo! I can’t believe it went so fast. And it looks amazing (and feels amazing too!)! I just love how this came out, but it’s not a shawlette at all but a very long, thin scarf! It measured 86″ post blocking and 6.75″ at its [...] Yes, you heard me right, I’ve finished my Hamamelis shawl that I started at the Opening Ceremonies! I actually took a bit longer than I should have with this one as I had some hand pain once and had to take a break and house hunting all weekend, which prevents me from knitting totally and [...] Yay! While watching the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremonies I cast on and started knitting up on a Hamamelis Shawl (rav link) using yummy Sanguine Gryphon Bugga! in Marpesia Marcella – a very nice color, if I do say so myself. It’s turning out very pretty and I have one repeat of the lace section [...] Yes, they arrived and they are beautiful! I bought these the day they started offering them (Dec. 19th if memory serves) and then had to wait more than a month for them to come as they were ridiculously backordered!
