Hello? Is anyone still out there?

Holy crap, I can’t believe it’s been over TWO months since I’ve posted here! In my defense, I have been extremely busy the past two months with a bit of a project that will take me around 40 weeks to complete:

Photobucket

Yup, there’s a baby growing in there and we are so excited about this! We can’t wait to meet the kiddo. The due date is April 4, but as babies very rarely show up on their due dates I’m not holding him/her to it. πŸ˜‰

But that’s not the only thing that’s been keeping me busy the last couple of months (although I have to admit it was a BIG reason why)… here are a few more reasons I’ve been absent from blog-land:

We spent a week in Maine:
Maine Vacation

It rained… a lot.

We traveled to Europe and visited London:
London, England

And then Portugal:
Tavira, Portugal

When we got back from Europe I went to Rhinebeck and bought some awesome yarn:

We had a day of snow in October! Freaky stuff!

I’ve been knitting:
Horatio - FINISHED

Ellington Socks - FINISHED

And I caught the hexipuff craze (making a play mat for the baby):

I’ve been shooting for clients!

Including a wedding this past Saturday. Seriously, doesn’t she look gorgeous?

In general, though, I’ve been missing the blog, and my blog friends, a lot! I am back for good now and will kick this off with a giveaway in my next post. It was my blogiversary on Nov. 12 and I definitely will be doing a giveaway to celebrate! I hope you all haven’t abandoned me (though I won’t blame you if you did!), and I’m looking forward to catching up with you all now. I promise not to disappear again! πŸ™‚
